Do you accept Returns? |

Yes, we accept returns on a limited basis. If a piece is damaged during shipment, we ask you to notify us within 48 hrs. If you are unhappy with an item, please email us and we will do what it takes to make you a happier customer. Please understand that all of our items are unique and that what you order will not be a carbon copy of what appears on the site... that's why you order from us. |

How long does shipping take and how do you ship?
|

It depends. Since our products are handcrafted and made to order, it may take a week or so to get the order out the door.
Depending on where you live, it may take anywhere from 4 to 8 additional days for shipping.
If you need something delivered in a RUSH, just let us know. We will work to accommodate all requests.
Please allow extra time during the Holidays. We ship via UPS and will include
Insurance and Delivery Confirmation.
Wholesale orders are handled separately. Shipping cost will be calculates at actual cost. Large orders over 100 lbs. will be
shipped via FedEx. Please order ahead of time for the Holidays. |

Can you work within my color scheme or decorative style? |

We are happy to work with you and/or your designer to create a one of a kind piece of functional art that adds to your surroundings. We have experience designing everything from a piece of furniture to commissioning a piece of art to supplying the whole room. You can send us color swatches and we can go from there. |

Yes, we are always on the lookout for new talent. We want items that are unique, well crafted and all together quirky. We also appreciate fine art and look for all styles and mediums. Many times a fabulous artist with something unique to offer will walk in (or email) and their passion will be a perfect fit. Equally as often La Bussola will be referred by another artist..these referals have come to expose us to killer work which is now a part of our family. Drop us a line with some photos, and general information about you and your art..and we'll take it from there.. |

A: Good Question. As we build our company we will be enhancing all sorts of services to make La Bussola one of your favorite places to be whether in person, on the web on in print. Our site will serve as a showcase for the store and its larger items such as wall art and furniture and offer smaller gift items and assorted Quirkyness for sale. Please use our site as a brain stimulant and don't be afraid to call us and ask to have something customized for you. We are happy to explore the possibilities. We try to be a pretty web savvy group and demand the highest standards for such things that will be associated with our site. We want to make the right decision and offer you the greatest ease of use and security available. And quite honestly, we are crazed. Please call us to place an order. How do you feel about Dogs and what are some of your favorite breeds? |

Yes, we do enjoy the occasional mutt. These days we think Yorkies are pretty cute but are partial to mixed breeds. We are especially fond of the Lab/PitBull Mix. La Bussola is also home of Annie, The Store Dog, she loves to be gushed over, hugged on by kids, doesn't mind the dust and constant movement of furniture, has no desire to dart into the street, and is girly enough to enjoy rhinestone collars and want to hang out with us all day and night.

Do I Have To Pay Sales Tax? |

Yes, if you live within Nevada. The sales tax will be calculated at 7.5%. If you live outside of Nevada, then today is your lucky day. |

No. Due to the unique nature of our store some items are only available in house. You will just have to visit us. We try to offer a wide assortment of items online. If you are looking for something in a particular color scheme, design style or whatever …let us know and we can email you some pictures of things that may work. Absolutely -- that's what La Bussola and our consignment artists do! But lots of people don't have the time, supplies, expertise, or interest
in making their own crafts or just prefer other artists' designs. In addition, many enjoy supporting budding and established artists + crafters, keeping the art + craft community strong. That's why La Bussola hopes you'll try some of these fun and unique items. |
